Every morning, he would open his large white wings and admire himself in the water, convinced he was the king of birds. "Look how beautiful and powerful my wings are!" he would say to the frogs and fish. One day, a little robin approached and asked him: - Alidor, why do you never fly? With wings so large, you must be able to touch the clouds! But the swan, surprised, replied: - Fly? Why fly? I am much better here, admiring my beauty. The robin smiled and said to him: - It is not by staying near your reflection that you will discover the world. Taken aback, Alidor decided to try.
